Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using Vincle. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About Vincle

​

Vincle is a private relationship memory assistant that helps you log interactions, track follow-ups, and maintain awareness of your personal and professional relationships. All data you enter is private to your account and is not visible to other users.

2. Account & Authentication

​​

  • Vincle uses Google Sign-In and Firebase Authentication for account access

  • You are responsible for the security of your Google account

  • You must not share your account or use another person's account

  • We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms

3. AI-Powered Features

​

  • Vincle uses artificial intelligence (AI) to power certain features within the app. By using these features, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

    • AI-generated content is not guaranteed to be accurate. Summaries and insights produced by the AI are generated automatically based on the information you have entered and may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. You should not rely solely on AI-generated content for any important decisions.

    • Your data is used to generate responses. When you request a Pre-Brief, relevant information about that contact and your interaction history is sent to Google Gemini (via a secure Cloud Function) solely for the purpose of generating your summary. This data is not used to train AI models.

    • AI usage is subject to limits. To ensure fair use, AI-powered features are subject to a daily usage limit. If you reach your limit, the feature will become available again the following day. Premium plans may offer higher limits.

    • AI features depend on third-party availability. We cannot guarantee its availability at all times and accept no liability for interruptions to AI-powered features caused by third-party outages.

    • You are responsible for the content you input. Do not enter sensitive personal information (such as medical, financial, or legally sensitive details) about yourself or others into the app, as this information may be processed by the AI to generate responses.

4. Acceptable Use

​

You agree not to use Vincle to:

  • Store or process any information that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others

  • Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or interfere with the App or its backend services

  • Use the App for any commercial purpose without our explicit written consent

  • Impersonate any person or entity

5. Intellectual Property

​

All content, branding, AI models, and design elements within Vincle are the intellectual property of its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

6. Third-Party Links & Services

​

Vincle uses the following third-party services, each governed by their own terms:

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

​

Vincle is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI recommendations will meet your expectations.

8. Limitation of Liability

​

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vincle and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including data loss, service interruption, or reliance on AI recommendations.

9. Updates & Changes to the App

​

  • We may update the app or its features at any time

  • Some changes may be applied remotely via Firebase Remote Config without a full app update

  • Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance of changes

​

10. Termination

​

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Vincle at any time if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time (see Account Deletion section).

11. Changes to These Terms

​

We may revise these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or via email. The "last updated" date at the top will always reflect the most recent revision.
