Account & Identity Data

• Full name, email address, and profile photo collected via Google Sign-In and Firebase Authentication

Contact Data

• Names, relationship details, notes you manually enter about your personal contacts.

Voice Input:

• If you use the voice-to-text feature, audio is processed locally via your device's speech recognition — we do not store audio recordings.

Usage & Analytics Data

• App events, session duration, screen views, device model, OS version, and language — collected via Firebase Analytics

2. How We Use Your Data

• To authenticate you securely via Google Sign-In and Firebase Auth

• To power AI-driven personalised recommendations

• To provide, operate, and maintain the Vincle app

• To send you push notifications via Firebase Cloud Messaging

• To analyse app performance and improve the experience via Firebase Analytics

• To protect the app from abuse using Firebase App Check

• To maintain offline functionality through local device storage

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third-party advertisers.

3. Third-Party Services

Vincle uses the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely in Google Cloud (Firebase) infrastructure with:

• Encryption in transit via TLS

• Encryption at rest by Google Cloud

• Firebase App Check to prevent unauthorised API access

• Firebase security rules

5. Data Retention

​

• Account data: Retained while your account is active; deleted within 30 days of an account deletion request

• Analytics & identifier data: Retained per Firebase's default settings (up to 14 months)

• Local/cached data: Cleared on app uninstall or account deletion

8. Your Rights

• Access the personal data we hold about you

• Correct inaccurate data via your account settings

• Delete your account and all associated data — visit our Account Deletion page

• Opt out of push notifications via your device settings

• Revoke Google Sign-In access at myaccount.google.com/permissions

9. Children's Privacy

Vincle is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately at omar.al.qweider@oltrelabs.com.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or by email. Continued use of NanaShop after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
