Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using NanaShop. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About NanaShop

​

NanaShop is an AI-powered personalised shopping assistant mobile application built with Flutter. The app uses machine learning to provide product recommendations, voice search, and a personalised shopping experience.

2. Eligibility

​

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use NanaShop

  • By using the app, you confirm you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement

  • If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent

​

3. Account & Authentication

​

  • NanaShop uses Google Sign-In and Firebase Authentication for account access

  • You are responsible for the security of your Google account

  • You must not share your account or use another person's account

  • We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms

​

4. AI-Powered Features

​

  • AI recommendations are generated based on your usage patterns and preferences — they are suggestions only

  • We do not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of any AI-generated recommendation

  • Voice search uses on-device speech-to-text processing

  • AI features may be updated remotely via Firebase Remote Config without requiring an app update

5. Acceptable Use

​

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the app's source code

  • Use the app for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose

  • Attempt to bypass Firebase App Check or any security measures

  • Scrape or harvest data from the app using automated tools

  • Impersonate another user or misrepresent your identity

6. Intellectual Property

​

All content, branding, AI models, and design elements within NanaShop are the intellectual property of NanaShop and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

7. Third-Party Links & Services

​

The app may display products or links from third-party retailers. NanaShop is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of third-party websites. Purchases made via third-party links are subject to that retailer's own terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

​

NanaShop is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI recommendations will meet your expectations.

9. Limitation of Liability

​

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NanaShop and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including data loss, service interruption, or reliance on AI recommendations.

10. Updates & Changes to the App

​

  • We may update the app or its features at any time

  • Some changes may be applied remotely via Firebase Remote Config without a full app update

  • Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance of changes

11. Termination

​

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to NanaShop at any time if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time (see Account Deletion section).

12. Changes to These Terms

​

We may revise these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or via email. The "last updated" date at the top will always reflect the most recent revision.
